Event Description

For the first time ever, NPR’s “must-listen” show is going live in LA! Join Code Switch host Gene Demby, correspondent Karen Grigsby Bates and reporter Adrian Florido for an intimate conversation with special guest Jon Chu. We look forward to seeing you there!

More about Code Switch:

NPR’s Code Switch explores the intersection of race, ethnicity and identity in America and brings a diversity of perspectives to topics such as politics, criminal justice reform, environmental issues and more. When the Code Switch podcast launched in May 2016, it quickly established its place as a go-to for listeners eager to explore often untold stories of the American experience. The New York Times named Code Switch one of its Best Podcasts of 2016, writing “NPR’s Code Switch blog, a source of required reading on race and culture since 2013, is now a must-listen podcast. The hosts…take on the messy questions of race in America, like the dual identity of black police officers.”
